Return Policy

Rough Country will accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. Returns within 30 days or purchase will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Returns from 31-90 days will receive a full refund minus 10% to cover shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Rough Country will provide a return shipping label upon request. Non-contiguous US residents and International residents – including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico – are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 5-10 business days of Rough Country receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.


Return Request

IMPORTANT: Please only submit your return request ONCE! Duplicate requests can cause your return process to take longer. Once you have submitted the form you should receive a confirmation email that we have received your request. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your request and send you an RGA number with further instructions.


Non-Rough Country Brand Returns

Non-Rough Country branded products, such as tires and wheels, may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee depending on condition of returned items.


Purchases from Rough Country Dealers

Items purchased from Rough Country Dealers or stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.


Warranty and Defective Returns

If you have been issued a warranty replacement part, we may request you return the defective part. Rough Country will provide a free return label for warranty returns upon filing a warranty claim. Read more about our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
